REFUND POLICY

Thank you for choosing KITCHEN SUPPLIES LLC! We are committed to providing high-quality coffee machines and ensuring customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, here is our refund policy, including the conditions, procedures, and processing time for returns and exchanges.

  1. Refund Conditions
    Return Period: You can apply for a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving the product.
    Product Condition: Returned products must be in new, unused condition and include all original packaging, accessories, and instructions. We cannot process returns of used or damaged products.
  2. Return Process
    If you need to return or exchange an item, please follow these steps:
    Contact Customer Service: Please contact our customer service team via email (donald@kitchensupplies.pro) explaining the reason for the return or exchange.
    Obtain Return Authorization: Our customer service team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RMA) and relevant instructions. Please be sure to mark this RMA number on the outside of the return package.
    Packaging: Properly pack the product in its original packaging to prevent damage during transportation.
    Returning Goods: Please send the returned goods to the following address: 103 NE 43rd ST, SEATTLE WA 98105-6531. Keep Mailing Receipt: Please keep the mailing receipt when returning the goods for tracking purposes.
  3. Refund Timeframe
    Refund Processing: We will inspect and process your refund request within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned goods. Refunds will be processed according to the original payment method.
    Exchange Processing: For exchanged goods, we will arrange shipment of a new product within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned goods.
  4. Other Notes
    Return Shipping Costs: Unless the goods are defective or incorrect, return shipping costs are borne by the customer. We recommend choosing a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the goods.
    We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the return request does not meet the policy conditions.
